Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how UGET collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Website.
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Who we are
Utah Green Energy Technologies, LLC operates this Website. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website and its contact form.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your inquiry type.
- The content of your message.
Our Cloudflare Worker also receives technical request information, including the originating IP address or related request identifier used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Hosting, security, and delivery providers may independently process standard server information such as IP address, browser, device, requested URL, and timestamps.
Please do not submit confidential technical, financial, proprietary, or sensitive personal information through the contact form. Share sensitive material only after a direct discussion about appropriate protections, including a possible NDA.
3. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Review and respond to inquiries.
- Route inquiries to the appropriate UGET team member.
- Evaluate potential projects, partnerships, and business relationships.
- Protect the website and contact service against spam, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
- Maintain service security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use contact-form information to send marketing messages unless we separately obtain permission or have another lawful basis to do so.
4. Service providers and sharing
We may share information with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: Website hosting, content delivery, security, and the Worker that receives contact-form requests. Cloudflare may process technical request and security information.
- Resend: Email delivery. Contact-form submissions are sent through Resend to the UGET recipients configured for the contact service. The sender's email address is included as the reply-to address so we can respond.
- Supabase: UGET may use Supabase for database, authentication, or storage functionality connected with UGET services. Where information is stored in Supabase, it is processed according to the applicable UGET configuration and Supabase's privacy practices. The current public contact-form delivery path sends submissions through the Cloudflare Worker and Resend.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs: This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries from cdnjs. Those providers may receive technical information associated with a browser request, such as IP address and user-agent information.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or other business transfer.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or analytics code. It also does not use browser local storage or session storage for contact-form information. Essential cookies, logs, or similar technologies may nevertheless be used by hosting, security, or third-party providers to deliver and protect their services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect site functionality.
6. Retention
We retain contact information and messages only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage relationships, maintain business records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Email copies may remain in the mailboxes of the UGET recipients until those recipients delete them. Provider logs and records are retained according to the applicable provider's policies and configuration.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted web connections where supported, request validation, rate limiting, access controls, and security headers. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, use the contact form and identify the request clearly. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and applicable law may limit these rights.
9. International transfers
UGET and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
10. Children
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Third-party websites
This website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and UGET is not responsible for their content or handling of information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated. Material changes will be posted on this page.
13. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact UGET through the contact form. Please do not include confidential information in an initial privacy request.
