Projects

What we are working on, and where it stands.

Active work with its current stage, stated without inflation. Detail on any item is shared under NDA with qualified counterparties.

01 / Current work

A live pipeline, stated plainly

The projects below reflect active discussions and programme work at their current stage. Status is intentionally precise.

Status reflects current stage. Items marked in structuring or early stage are under discussion and are not binding commitments. No item listed here represents executed financing, a construction contract or a regulatory approval. Detail on any listed item is available under NDA to qualified counterparties.

02 / How we engage

Meet projects where they are

Projects reach us at different stages. What they have in common is a technical basis that holds up and a sponsor without a route to institutional capital.

Step 01

Assessment

We look at the technical basis, the sponsor, the offtake position and the regulatory path. If any one of those cannot be resolved, we say so early rather than late.

Step 02

Structuring

Work on the financing structure runs alongside the technical programme, not after it. Licensing pathway, siting and offtake are treated as design inputs.

Step 03

Capital formation

Introductions and structuring support for sponsors holding assets or contracted cash flows but no route to a bank credit committee.

03 / What we look for

Conditions that make a project workable

Not every project is a fit. These are the conditions that make one workable, and their absence is usually the reason we decline.

Technical basis

Engineering that survives review

We would rather bring in a national laboratory or university partner early than discover a problem during diligence.

Sponsor position

Assets, cash flows or offtake

A sponsor holding real assets, contracted cash flows or a defensible offtake position, rather than a concept seeking validation.

Regulatory path

A route that can be named

A licensing route that can be named and scheduled. For advanced reactors, the choice among NRC pathways including 10 CFR Part 53 is now a live strategic decision.

Deployment logic

Load that needs the technology

Remote industrial sites, defence installations and off-grid processing are where a transportable reactor earns its cost.

Timeline honesty

Schedules built for reality

A schedule that reflects licensing and construction reality. Optimistic timelines do not survive contact with an allocator's technical adviser.

We hold ourselves to the same list. The status column above is written the way we would want a counterparty's pipeline written for us.
